Terms and Conditions Lounge, Main Bar & Exclusive Hire Bookings
- When reserving The Lounge, area in the Bar or exclusively hiring the venue or part of the Venue this on the agreement of reaching a minimum spend (secured with a credit/debit card at the time of booking), which needs to be met in full before you leave the bar or the bar closes. Failure to meet the agreed minimum spend will result in the unspent monies being charged on the night or collected from the card provided at the time of booking.
- Outside of December failure to give less than 14 days notice of cancellation (via email or telephone) on the following contact details // 0844 371 2550 will result in a one-off cancellation fee of £400 charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
- Any cancellation of a reservation made within December with less than 28 days notice will result in a one-off cancellation fee of £700 charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
- Food orders in excess of £250 will necessitate pre-payment being taken a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your event.
- For exclusive hires, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and a further 70% will need to be paid a minimum of 14 working days in advance of the event date.
- Please note that we do not accept cheques on the night and where pre-payments are required these need to be cleared funds by the date of your event. Invoices can be raised but please be aware that pre-payments by cheque need 14 working days to clear.
- We do not give credit and all bills will need to be settled in advance of the event or on the night.
- Please make sure that all members of your party are aware of these conditions.
